Kids in the Kitchen: Orecchiette (Little Ears Pasta)
Orecchiette is a simple, satisfying pasta recipe typical of the region of Puglia. Literally translating to “little ears”, orecchiette are easily formed by the small hands of our “piccolo cuochi,” little chefs! Our little chefs will take home their pasta and will have the opportunity to sample pasta with various sauces. Presented by Cathy Blanco.
