Adult Cooking Class: Apulian Street Food (sgagliozze, popizze e rustico leccese)
Get acquainted with Apulian street food, sgagliozze, popizze e rustico leccese, to name a few. Inspired by our upcoming summer trip to Puglia, these traditional recipes of the Apulian region are characterized by very simple ingredients that produce delicious culinary treats. Join us for lunch and create fried polenta (sgagliozze), fried dough (popizze) and stuffed pockets (rustico leccese). Enjoy salad, a glass of wine and Apulian street food, you won’t be disappointed!
