Adult Cooking Class: Arancini e Zabaglione
This authentic arancini will be the hit of any get-together. Nothing is more fun than biting into an arancino, a rice ball stuffed with savory delights such as meat sauce, mozzarella, and peas. And to top off the day, we will make an easy decadent dessert, zabaglione, custard cream with fresh fruit, sure to please the most discerning dessert fanatic! A glass of wine, some arancini, and dessert – don’t miss out! Don’t forget, you will take home the arancini you make. Presented by Cathy Blanco. Members $50, Non-Members $60.
