Kids in the Kitchen: Cassatedde
Cassatedde are a Sicilian half-moon shaped pastry with a sweet filling, comparable to a mini calzone, that may be either fried or baked. Variations of these pastries are made all over southern Italy around Easter time. Join us as we have fun creating our own version of cassatedde! Please advise us of any food allergies upon registration.
