Adult Cooking Class: Pasta Sauces – A Taste of Italy
Join us in making some homemade cavatelli and follow along the cooking presentation as we show how a few simple ingredients can turn pasta into a gourmet experience. The cavatelli will be topped with different sauces such as: carbonara, pesto, salsa di noci (walnut sauce), and tomato with ricotta. Enjoy a sample with a glass of wine and take home what you prepare.
