The hand selected wine list for the evening includes:*

Bastianich, Rosato

From the property of the Bastianich Family in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Our Rosato presents a rosy hue with hints of peach, typical for a fresh, young wine. On the nose, notes of raspberry and gooseberry give the wine its varietal character, along with lightly spicy aromas.

Bastianich, Friulano

From the property of the Bastianich Family in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

True to the Friulano variety, the wine shows beautiful pale yellow color, evidence of its great freshness and liveliness. The fresh and fragrant nose is carried by aromas of white flowers, almonds, pear and peach.

Bastianich, Vespa Rosso

From the property of the Bastianich Family in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Vespa Rosso, is uncommonly fruit-forward and structured for a “cold climate” red wine, yet it retains many of the spicy, earthy notes that characterize Friulian reds.

Valori, Pecorino

From an Abruzzo winery of winemaker Luigi Valori.

This Pecorino is highly valued for its organoleptic qualities, distinguishing itself on the nose with fine notes of Mediterranean scrubland, on the palate for its extreme freshness and crispness.

Valori, Montepulciano

From an Abruzzo winery of winemaker Luigi Valori.

Perfect daily wine for the freshness of the fruit and the softness of its tannin, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Chiamami quando piove – Valori expresses the genuine tradition of the vine.

Cantina Soliera, Lambrusco di Sorbara

From Emilia Romagna.

Slightly sparkling dry red wine, with a nicely light colour and balanced body, pale rosé and very fine froth by natural long fermentation obtained from the best Lambrusco Sorbara grapes, with a fruity bouquet.

Flor Prosecco

From the region of Veneto, province of Treviso.

Elegant perlage, with an exuberant

nose that exhibits ripe pear, melon,

lilies and almond.

La Mozza I Perazzi Sangiovese

From the property of the Bastianich family in Tuscany.

We wanted to keep our Sangiovese as it was originally conceived: a pleasing, easy-to-drink wine.
