The White Moth: Presentation & Book Signing
Thursday, May 7 at 7:30PM
Join Camilla Calhoun, whose evocative memoir/biography The White Moth, Three Generations at a Tuscan Villa, is an intimate portrait of life on a farm villa in Tuscany from the 1920s through 1970s. The scope of the book includes the American author’s own experience living at the villa during more blissful times. While depicting the harsh realities of life under fascist Italy, The White Moth also celebrates the redemptive power of family, farm life, food and the Tuscan landscape. It is one American’s love affair with Italy and a tribute to her late husband and mother-in-law. Please note that this lecture, previously advertised as starting at 7:00pm, has been changed to a start time of 7:30pm.
Presented by Author Camilla Calhoun.
